Altered Tin can

Namaste Friends!!

Today I have recycled a tin can to turn it into an accordion album.
You can use some flowers, ribbon and papers to transform it into a cute accordian album that has 15 pages inside to add photos and journaling too.

Tutorial

1. Take the empty tin can and clean it.

 2. Cut a piece of card stock, take height 4- 1/2"  and score at every 3- 1/4" on the length side. I had made 15 pages by scoring 4 times. Round the corner and mat them.

 3. Mat the box from all the sides.

4. Take a piece of ribbon 20″ long and use a piece of Sticky Strip to secure it to the bottom of your tin, making sure that the centre of your ribbon is in the centre of your tin. Apply Sticky Strip to the bottom of the accordion album and adhere in place into the bottom of the tin…

Opens up like this

And here you see the inside pages opened out – and of course there are more on the reverse side

I have used Craftyscrappers new launched stencils and love stamps, find the link below.

 Hope you like my work.
